Do you also miss indoor volleyball so much? Are you afraid that you have forgotten all your skills? Good news!

From the 2nd until the 6th August, the second edition of the BaseCamp will take place! The BaseCamp is a trainingsweek where every participant will have 10 practices. These training sessions will be given by professional trainers and will work on different aspects of volleybal to make sure you start the new season prepared.

Next to training, there are also possibilities to have some fun. In between the practices, there will be a group lunch and the week will be finished with a dinner together.

You will receive 2 x 2 hours of training, every day. The training all have a central topic.This way you can update all the skills that are needed in volleyball. This will be done under the guidance of a mix of external and internal trainers.

Training 4 hours a day for five days is quite tough. We are aware that we have to take good care of our bodies. That is why the intensity of the training will be a mix of low, medium and high impact. For example, with a low impact training you will not jump as much, so that your muscles can get some rest. In addition, our goal is to have a physiotherapist present (almost) every day who can help and advise you with any aches and / or complaints that you have been walking with for a while.


In addition to all the volleyball, we also want to do some extra fun activities. We also offer organized lunches and we want to conclude with a joint dinner. In addition, we want to offer some interesting clinics in / around a number of lunch breaks that are also volleyball or sports related.
